How great that you want to work with me! Yay! Here’s some info for you to read. Why? To make our work together as smooth, safe, fun and creative as possible.
SIZES
Clothes: S-M/EU36-38 (38 usually in pants or if sizes are small)
Shoes: EU39
Bust: 87 cm
Waist: 68 cm
Hips: 96 cm
Height: 175 cm
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT I BRING
I will bring everything we've agreed upon prior to the shoot, and I need to get the information a few weeks in advance (ask me for specific date if you need it). If you haven't told me to bring anything, I will assume it's a nude art booking, and I will therefore only bring my robe and body oil.
FOOD
If we have a 3 hours shoot or longer I will expect there will be something to snack on during the shoot. If we are having a full day shoot, I will also expect lunch. If this is not how you roll – no worries! Just let me know beforehand and I’ll bring my own stuff. Are we having an outdoor shoot and it’s not in the middle of summer? Then hot tea is always good to keep the model warm and happy. I like mine with a bit of honey and milk in.
Food restrictions: I’m a vegetarian. I don’t eat animals and I don’t eat licorice! Licorice is something the devil created - so is fennel, star anise and anything that tastes like licorice.
MAKEUP AND HAIR
I can put on a professional, basic photoshoot makeup and I will arrive with my makeup on. For anything more advanced, I’m happy to work with makeup artists. My hair is naturally curly, medium length and curtain bangs. If you want me to mess up my makeup or hair during the shoot, this is something I need to know beforehand, so I can bring more than just my touch-up kit, and so I can plan for my day after our shoot.
TIME
This is usually never an issue, but to avoid misunderstandings: For all bookings, the time starts when I arrive at the shoot on the agreed time and stops when you shoot your last picture. Breaks are included in the shooting time.
After we’ve stopped shooting, I normally hang around for a short while to finish in a relaxed way. I don’t like to stress so it’s unusual - though it happens - I have to hurry to my next shoot, but I tend to plan with a comfortable margin.
LEVELS/LIMITS
I shoot fashion, portrait, emotional concepts, beauty, lingerie up to artistic art nude (no labia showing).
I don’t shoot glamour, fetish and erotic/adult/open leg. I will also say no to concepts, if I deem them tacky or male-gazey (I will tell you). I will expect that you don’t try to push my boundaries on that during the shoot.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
I take a non-refundable deposit of 30% via Wise when you book me. The rest 70% I get paid through Wise at the shoot. It’s also possible to pay the rest 70% in cash at the shoot, but I only accept the agreed currency.

NB! Wise has the lowest transfer fee (~0,1%) and is an easy transfer service.
If you want to use bank transfer or PayPal for the deposit, that’s fine as well, but you need to cover the transfer fees, which I as the recipient always gets charged.For bank transfer, let me know and I will send you the info.
For SEPA transfers there’s no fees.
For international transfers, you need to add €7 to cover the transfer fee.For PayPal, use the same email address. Make sure that you cover the transfer fees (5%).
I don't give a refund on the deposit, unless you find a photographer (whom I approve of) who can take your time and place. If I cancel the shoot for any reason, I will refund the deposit.
A SHOOTING PARTNER OR AN ASSISTANT?
Do you have a shooting buddy that you like to share the booking with? Please send me their portfolio beforehand, so I have time to check up on their references, and so I can also approve of them. I don’t allow more than one camera pointed at me at the time. For model shares, 10% will be added to my current rate. This is because it is more strenous following two entirely different sets of direction, less natural breaks and for an extra image release.
Do you want an assistant on the shoot that’s totally fine, as long as I am informed of this at the time you book me. If your assistant also has a camera, then I will consider the booking to be a model share, not a 1-2-1. That being said, I use a lot of time checking up on a photographers references, so in most cases I will not allow your assistant shooting me, if I’m informed of this last minute.
MY RULES DURING THE SHOOT
Don’t ever touch me – makeup artists and hair stylists are excepted.
I do not allow anyone to shoot pictures or video of me with visible labia. I do not ever make exceptions.
I expect you to tell me, if my labia is shown, so I can change my position.
My personal space is an arm’s length from my body. You are not allowed to enter this area without verbal permission from me.
I do not allow anyone to take behind the scenes images or film.
These rules are my safety when modelling. If you or an assistant violates my rules, I will immediately leave the shoot, fully paid.
WHAT YOU CAN USE THE IMAGES FOR
Your portfolio(s)
Your own marketing, including publications/features
Image competitions
Exhibitions
Art prints & art book sales
Sell prints to clients
WHAT YOU CANNOT USE THE IMAGES FOR
Any pornographic contexts & sites (incl. Bentbox)
Any religious or political contexts
Sell the images to third party companies for advertisement and stock images
CONTRACT
If you want me to sign a contract, it needs to be in line with what is in this text, and you need to present it to me prior to the shoot. I will not sign a contract that I'm first time presented with at the shoot.
You are welcome to use my contract, which is in line with the basic copyrights and my terms. Read the contract here - remember to print out 2 copies for us to fill out and sign at the shoot.
CREDITS
As I will credit you for our common work every time I publish or display any of the images anywhere, you will credit me as model “Regina Piil” every time you publish or display any of the images anywhere. Easy peasy!
IMAGES AFTERWARDS
After the shoot, you do as you like. If you want to throw all the images in the bin – sad, but totally okay! If you want to wait a couple of years before you edit anything – also fine! But if and when you finish images, a part of working with me as model for your art projects, is to send them to me afterwards. Uncensored, in a resolution that is at least good enough for web, so I can show others our work as well. I will have the right to use the images for my portfolios and social medias. I will not have the right to sell any of our images to third parties.

WHAT I EXPECT FROM YOU
That you bring up any concern you might have before we go further with our booking.
That you have read all my terms and respect them during and after the shoot. Booking a shoot with me equals agreeing to my terms.
That you either have a concept you want to shoot, or we create something together on the spot.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ME
I will be very clear in my communication with you. I am honest and straightforward, meaning we will easily avoid misunderstandings between us.
I will stay professional.
That I will do my very best to create amazing images together with you.
That I care about my modelling and about the images we create. This is not just a job for me, this is my passion and my artistry.
